My thoughts on Pinterest...

Seriously, Pinterest has made me drop a few formerly visited websites....Pinterest is AMAZING for teachers and foodies! Actually a bit TOO amazing some nights!! BUT, I know that my family time is worth way more than a few bucks, so I let others do the work:) Come on, some of you think the same thing, right?

Countdown to Summer!

I decided it was was time to get our official countdown on!! Sometimes I just get this idea and then my OCD takes over. I didn't have time to wait and do it another day, I HAD to do it RIGHT then!! As you can see, my family members are a TINY bit into Star Wars....these images from Scrappin Doodles seemed PERFECT! This is a great way to let the kids help you count down the days until summer vacation!! Some people may wonder WHY it has "mommy and daddy" counting down with a different number of days. Well, we are a teacher family and sadly, the kids get out the day BEFORE us! BOO!! This could easily be used for a countdown BACK to school, but in our house , that's akin to swearing. (counting down to going back to school!)
